Merry Christmas

We wanted to write to you again this December, not only to wish you all a very Merry Christmas, but to also let you know when we will be open over the festive period.

The last day for any routine appointments will be Friday 23rd December when we will be closing at 4:30pm. We will be running an emergency dental service on the mornings of the 28th, 29th and 30th December however, our phonelines will be open until 4:30pm. If you develop an urgent dental problem, please call the practice from 8am and our patient support advisors will either provide you with home care advice or schedule an emergency appointment as appropriate. We will be open as usual from Tuesday 3rd January 2023.

So far, here at Queensway Dental, December has proven to be a very busy but festive month and we wanted to share with you some of the lovely things we’ve been getting up to in the community and here at the practice.

May we take this opportunity to thank all our patients for their support and kindness that has been shown to our staff throughout the year. Without the efforts of both our patients and staff we will not have been able to provide the treatments and smiles which continue to provide confidence for so many.

EVERY CHILD DESERVES TO KNOW THAT THEY ARE SPECIAL THIS CHRISTMAS

Throughout December we have been working with our charity partner ‘The Teesside Family Foundation’, to give back to children in our local community.

Earlier this month, we helped to fill trolleys in B&M with over 100 gifts that were delivered to The Salvation Army for their toy appeal. This year they are expecting to receive 2000 referrals from social services in Middlesbrough for children whose parents/carers are unable to buy gifts.

In the run up to Christmas we will also be going to Smyths toys to give out 5x £200 vouchers to nominated children from the charity to fill their trolleys supermarket sweep style! Plus, we will be out with Santa and his elves donating 1000 selection boxes to children in Billingham primary schools.

It’s an honour for Queensway Dental to be part of these special projects and getting to spread a little Christmas magic really is priceless.
