National Smile Month is here!
May 12, 2016

This year National Smile month is celebrating its 40th birthday!
The aim of National Smile Month is to promote 3 key oral health messages:
- Brush your teeth for two minutes twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste
- Cut down on how often you have sugary foods and drinks
- Visit your dentist regularly, as often as they recommend.
Running from 16 May until 16 June 2016 National Smile Month is a way of promoting positive oral health messages, raising awareness of important health issues and making a difference to people’s oral health.
To celebrate National Smile Month we will be taking part in activities at the practice as well as heading out in to the community to promote good oral health (Follow our Facebook page for updates). We are also running an open evening!
