Summer may be feeling like a distant memory but we were delighted to receive this amazing selfie of a family enjoying their sunny holiday after treating them all to a new smile makeover.
Here at Queensway Dental, we believe a confident smile can change your life. Those who love their smile have a more positive outlook on their circumstances and on life in general. Their positive attitude makes them more motivated and encouraging to others. People who smile look happier, and friendly. Others are drawn to people who laugh and smile.
Joe, Natalie and Haya are living proof!
Patient Jake played his cards right and didn’t gamble with his smile after choosing ceramic veneers at Queensway Dental.
Many of you may already be familiar with the term ‘Turkey Teeth’ but with a recent BBC documentary shining a spotlight on the disaster dentistry that can occur when people travel abroad for treatment, it’s in our minds more than ever.
One of the common misconceptions is that individuals are travelling abroad in the hope of receiving ‘cheaper’ veneers when in fact they have had crowns fitted after having their teeth filed down to ‘stumps’ in the process. But with procedure comes a multitude of issues and we are often called on to help rectify these issues upon the individual’s return to the UK.
We are regulated by governing bodies and because of the technology and skills we have developed, we can transform your smile with minimally invasive dentistry and in many cases, zero preparation to your natural teeth.
We’ve also upped the ante with our free face-to-face consultations and digital smile designs so you’ll hit the jackpot at Queensway Dental!
Sharon came to Queensway Dental for a smile makeover. Something natural, that looked like her and ‘not Turkey teeth’ was the brief and we think we’ve done just that.
“I can’t thank my dentist and her team enough. I haven’t stopped smiling!”
-Digital Smile Design
-Tooth whitening
-Upper crowns, veneers and bridge
-Lower composite tips
Now, Sharon is glowing and so is her smile.
We want to ensure Queensway Dental is an inclusive environment for our patients, colleagues and communities.
With this in mind, we now have a dedicated Inclusion & Diversity page on our website to acknowledge we recognise that everyone is different.
We’re an anti-racist organisation and do not tolerate hate. We have and will take action against discrimination and inappropriate behaviour, whether racist, sexist, ageist, homophobic, transphobic or ableist, regardless of whether this happens in our practices, offices, over the phone, on our website or our social media channels.
Quite simply, we believe in doing the right the thing. We know we won’t always get things right, but we are committed to striving to do better, for our colleagues, patients and communities.
If you have any suggestions on how we can continue our efforts to be a diverse and inclusive environment for staff and patients alike, please email callitout@queensway.co.uk.
