Treatment Advisor 

We have an exciting opportunity for treatment advisor to join our Billingham team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified and experienced dental nurse wanting a new challenge and to progress into the exciting role of treatment advisor.

Responsibilities include:

• Responding to all new patient enquiries
• Co-ordinating patient’s appointments
• Being a point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey
• Answering patient questions on treatment plans
• Setting up practice finance and payment plans for patients
• Making daily updates to the patient relationship marketing system
• Corresponding effectively and accurately with the dental team regarding patient progress
• Providing 5-star customer service at all times
• Attending marketing events on behalf of the practice when required
• Participating in staff meetings when required
• Preparing and providing monthly reports as requested by the management team

Essential experience/ qualifications:

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Experience of working in a fast-paced, customer focused environment
• Proficient computer skills in outlook, word and excel

• Experience of using customer relationship management (CRM) systems

Beneficial experience/ qualifications:

• GDC registered
• National Certificate for Dental Nurses or equivalent
• Knowledge of working on the ‘SFD’ dental software system

Hours:

Full Time Position – Monday-Friday. 8.45am – 5.30pm
