Sophie Mohacsi

Sophie started her working career aged 16 with a Business Administration apprenticeship where she both worked and studied at Middlesbrough College. She then did some temp work at various companies before gaining a permanent position at Queensway, living and working in her local town, Billingham.

I joined Queensway in 2018, so just over a year now

What do you enjoy most about working for Queensway?

Queensway are a fantastic company and look after their staff very well. We have regular lunch and learn training sessions and huddles and always look to improve our roles. I've met an amazing group of people through working here and made lifelong friends.

Where would a patient usually find you in the practice?

Answering calls in the Patient Support Hub!

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

Booking patients in for new consultations and seeing their smile progress throughout their Queensway journey.

What do you enjoy doing out of work?

I enjoy taking my little girl to new places to enjoy i.e. parks, cinemas, swimming. I've alsorecently started following my local football team, Billingham Town.

What makes you smile?

My little girl makes me laugh and smile every single day with her cheekiness, jokes andher singing!
