Tell us a little bit about your career history

My first office job was in a garage. I then went on to work in a solicitors as a receptionist. I started work at this dental practice under the previous owner. I then decided to have a career break to concentrate on my family. After my career break I tried my hand at working part time at a market research company, but soon realised I preferred dental reception work and came back to Queensway.

I started working at Queensway when it first opened. I then returned in 2010 after a five year break.

Where would a patient usually find you in the practice?

Patients would normally find me behind reception.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

The most rewarding part of my job is seeing patients happily walking out of the door, having overcome their dental anxieties.

What do you enjoy doing out of work?

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, walking, concerts, comedy nights, reading and travelling.

What makes you smile?

Happy people and all of the above make me smile.
