Tell us a little bit about your career history

I have worked full time as a Dental Nurse since leaving school in 2000. I have worked in 2 other dental practices including an Implant practice.

How long have you worked at Queensway (please state the year you joined)?

I joined Queensway in October 2010 and came over to Darlington Oral Surgery as an Oral Surgery Nurse at beginning of 2012

What do you enjoy most about working for Queensway?

I enjoy doing Oral Surgery and working within a small dedicated team at Darlington. I enjoy making a patients experience positive and successful! I also enjoy learning Oral Surgery things from the surgeons while doing treatments as I love learning and gaining knowledge!

Where would a patient usually find you in the practice?

In the Surgery helping the Surgeon

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

Seeing a patient who is extremely nervous achieve having their treatment done and feeling proud that they have managed. Getting thanked for my help during the treatment by the patient is also very rewarding.

What do you enjoy doing out of work?

Spending quality time with family & friends, training at the gym, weekend trips with friends, I am very interested in True Crime and Forensics. I also love music, reading, animals, cooking and movies.

I love a day out to Butterfly World to take photos when I get the chance!
