After finishing her A-Levels in 2005, Natalie joined the Queensway team as a trainee dental nurse and officially joined in 2006 meaning she has been a long-standing employee of Queensway for 14 years!

What do you enjoy most about working for Queensway?

The best part I enjoy about working at Queensway is working with this great team! Queensway have supported me throughout my professional development over the past 14 years and I could not be more grateful for this. Queensway also provide excellent quality with first class care for our patients putting their needs first ensuring they are a priority. Overall I am extremely proud to be a part of the Queensway Team.

Where would a patient usually find you in the practice?

I am a longstanding member of our oral surgery team, a patient would find me here working a long side our fantastic oral surgeons; Matt Dorman and Julian Hawkings. Working in the oral surgery department I deal with patients on a day to day basis helping overcome their dental anxieties using various anxiety management techniques and constant reassurance. I love the feeling afterwards knowing I have helped a patient relieving their anxieties and any pain they may have sustained to prior treatment.

What do you enjoy outside of work

I love spending quality time with my family; walking the dog, day trips out or even quiet days at home… As long as it’s as a family I am happy!

What makes you smile?

My gorgeous children Ollie and Emily, there is definitely never a dull moment with these two!
