Chantelle started her dental nursing career in 2010 and began working in orthodontics in 2012. Chantelle joined Queensway Orthodontics in 2015 and worked as a dental nurse and receptionist before taking on her new role in 2020 as Business Operations Co-ordinator.
What do you enjoy most about working for Queensway Orthodontics?
Being part of a forward-thinking orthodontic practice, and coming up with and creating new innovative ideas to improve our service, especially when it comes to our digital transformation.
Where would a patient usually find you in the practice?
I am based at home, but can occasionally be found at any of our 7 practices – usually in the kitchen making a cup of tea!
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Seeing my ideas come to life and being implemented into our patient journey.
