I can’t fault Queensway at all. Dr Will Carter was excellent from the beginning, he reassured me and gave me the confidence to go ahead with treatment.

Having dental implants fitted meant I had to be sedated and have all my teeth extracted. Then the temporary dental implants were put in – all in the same day! The operation took from 9am in the morning until 3pm. I originally had temporary teeth fitted so I could get used to them while my permanent teeth were being made at Queensway Laboratory. My face was a bit swollen but only for a few days but within two days it was gone and I was back to normal. I was eating again and just being my normal self – but with a brand new smile!

I really just wanted a natural smile - I didn’t want my teeth too white. I could have had them whiter if I had wanted to but I just wanted a natural smile and they’ve worked out really well. Now I absolutely love my smile. It’s made a huge difference – I smile all the time now, it’s great.

The treatment gave 100% confidence in my smile – I seem to be the centre of attention all the time, it’s really good, I’m really happy.

The service I received at Queensway was excellent, as everyone was so helpful. Even the aftercare service was fantastic - they rang me up a couple of times to check I was ok and to see if there was anything I needed.

I would definitely recommend Queensway to family and friends, in fact I already have to a few people.
